Vanessa Fukunaga, Owner and CEO, was invited to participate on a panel on the topic of “Being Unmistakable.” A great honor to be selected by the Exchange committee, Vanessa presented her views on what it is that defines Engel & Völkers Snell Real Estate in terms of being unique and unmistakable, along with her personal story of moving to Los Cabos. To complete the panel session, she created an unforgettable experience by again drawing the spotlight to one of the ways that capture the spirit, culture, and sound of Mexico. In her signature way to continue to always promote the destination, Vanessa had arranged the following. The moderator asked, “Vanessa, is there a way you would like to really show how you are unmistakable?” The answer: “Yes, I would like to leave you all with this final thought – Viva Mexico!” at which point a full Mariachi band entered with fervor and passion bursting into song. Applauding, cheering, oohing and ahhing filled the aisles – the excitement was buzzing! Without a doubt, Engel & Völkers Snell Real Estate created another spectacular memory at this year´s Engel & Völkers Exchange.
