“Los Cabos Home With Elaborate Pool Lists for $25 Million – Measuring roughly 2,000 square feet, the infinity pool includes a swim-up bar, built-in tables and a fire-pit island accessed by a bridge.” (First Published by Wall Street Journal, Candace Taylor October 1, 2015)

Los Cabos home listing for $25 million comes with a large infinity pool that includes its own bridge, fire-pit island and built-in tables. Perched hundreds of feet above the Sea of Cortez in the Villas Del Mar gated community, the house is one of the priciest homes on the market in Mexico, according to listing agent Andrew Lemke of Snell Real Estate. Owner Joseph Fryzer, a Los Angeles-based entrepreneur and real-estate developer, said he bought the hilltop site in 2005 and completed construction on the house about four years later, spending roughly $15 million on the project.

The home’s most prominent feature is its 2,000-square-foot pool with panoramic views of the coastline. “I like big pools,” said Mr. Fryzer, 68. The pool has a hot tub, a swim-up bar and built-in tables to allow swimmers to dine without toweling off. In the middle of the pool, an above-water lounge area with a fire pit is accessed by a bridge. The pool area also has a table that seats about 16, a flat-screen TV and an outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven and two grills.

“I hardly ever use my dining room inside the house,” Mr. Fryzer said.

Topped with a round dome, the house has six bedrooms plus staff quarters. Measuring about 8,200 square feet, the house has a gym, a home theater and a wine cellar that holds about 3,000 bottles. The various wings of the house are accessed by open-air pathways rather than hallways.
